Application fields

ViMS platform was created to manage large installations of video surveillance, involving a central control station or the cooperation of a number of Control Rooms located on the territory.
 
It is particularly efficient, even if it is necessary to manage the dynamic assignment of the available resources among different law enforcement, and/or between theme and local Police units, complying with new regulatory guidance.
 

ViMS finds its natural use in the garrison of urban areas, industrial areas, rural transport directions, airports, ports, railways, stadiums, major shopping centres, and, in general, in that contexts where where it is appropriate to strengthen the defense of the territory and the protection of property with sensors of integrated video surveillance:

• analog cameras with encoders;
• IP cameras;
• automatic numbers and plates readers;
• digital decoders;
• NVR;
• DVR;
• audio-video matrix;
• proximity sensors;
• intruder sensors;
• etc.

Furthermore, ViMS is employed for both fixed and mobile video surveillance, because it integrates video streaming and alarms from permanent devices, or  video streaming, alarms and GPS positions sent by moving vehicles.
 
Functional structure, full of tools tools to support the operation and decision making of users toghether with a great accuracy of the user interface, make it a very versatile platform.
 
Scalability, multi-platform support, communications and data encryption, high reliability and distributed architecture features make ViMS suitable to meet the most binding technical-architectural requirements.
